About FRB AI Agency
FRB AI Agency was founded to help businesses save time and money by automating tasks that demand attention without advancing their core goals. Using the Eisenhower Matrix to guide prioritization, FRB focuses on the third quadrant: work that is urgent but not important. The agency aims to reduce the time spent on these demands so business owners and their teams can focus on the work that truly matters.
Founded by solo-operator, Freddy Bopst, FRB combines a business-minded approach with a background in technology and security. After earning a finance degree from Saint Francis University (PA), Freddy began his career in IT Support, progressed into IT Consulting, and transitioned into Information Security. His experience spans security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, insider threat, and security engineering.
With experience working with AI models, including large language models (LLMs), Freddy approaches automation through both a business and security lens. Operational security is a minimum standard for both Freddy and FRB, not an optional feature. That commitment shapes how the agency handles sensitive information, manages access, and designs workflows. His approach prioritizes understanding the process before introducing technology and preserving human oversight where judgment matters.
Built to be reviewed, owned, and kept
One operator, start to finish
The person who scopes your workflow is the person who builds, tests, and hands it over. No handoffs between a sales team and a delivery team.
Your tools first
We start with what your PSA, RMM, and Microsoft 365 already produce and automate only the step that is still manual. If your tools already cover it, we say so.
A person reviews every draft
Reports go to your team for review before they reach a client. Nothing is sent to your clients automatically.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Scope, price, access, acceptance tests, and dates are agreed during the review, before any work begins.
You keep what we build
Handover includes the workflow files, a runbook, and a walkthrough, so your team can run and change it.
Honest about fit
The free review ends with a written recommendation, and sometimes that recommendation is no project.
