This notice covers frbagency.com and the workflow-review request form. FRB Agency is the trading name of FRB AI Agency LLC, Broward County, Florida.
What we collect
We collect only basic business contact details: business name, point of contact, phone number, email address, location, industry, and time zone. These come from our request form, our booking tool, or directly from you.
Anything else you choose to share with us, such as details about your workflows during a consultation, is treated as additional information and handled as described under “How long we keep it.”
Where it goes
We use a small number of established service providers to run this website and respond to you. Each one receives only what it needs for its task:
- Website hosting — to deliver these pages.
- Form processing and spam protection — to receive your request securely and confirm it came from a person.
- Contact records — a business workspace where we keep your request and our notes.
- Scheduling — if you book a call.
- Email — to reply to you.
These providers process your information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We walk through the providers we use, and how your data moves between them, during your consultation.
Why
To respond to your request, schedule and hold consultations, and follow up with you. We never sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as they are needed to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them. Additional information shared during a consultation is deleted within 30 days unless you become a client, in which case it is handled under your client agreement. Technical logs created while processing requests are deleted automatically on a routine schedule.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising trackers, web analytics, or session recording. The spam-protection check may use what it needs to tell people from bots, and the site’s fonts are loaded from a third-party font service.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing marketing@frbaiagency.com. We respond within 2–3 business days.
